41-year-old Nicole Silvia was charged with domestic assault after her husband stated they had been drinking and she slapped him during an argument.
On September 12th, Clarksville Police Officer Kirill Annikov was dispatched to a domestic call at 3738 Crisscross Court where he made contact with Joshua Silvia. He stated that he and his wife, Nicole Silvia, had been drinking and got into a verbal altercation.
Joshua stated that during the altercation he was sitting in a chair in the garage when his wife approached him and slapped him across the face. Joshua stated that following the altercation, Nicole got into her vehicle and drove off, possibly taking Joshua’s phones with her.
On September 14th, Nicole Silvia was arrested and charged with domestic assault and had conditions of release bond of $500.
