40-year-old Lucille Napolitan was charged with domestic assault after scattering jigsaw puzzle pieces about the floor and scuffling with her husband over her wine.
On November 7th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Seth Traughber arrived at 249 Dorchester Drive in response to a domestic violence call. Lucille Napolitan and her husband, Dominic Napolitan, had been arguing about her drinking, according to the report. Dominic stated that he grabbed her wine from the kitchen and started pouring it down the sink.
He reported that Lucille then grabbed a jigsaw puzzle off the bar and threw it, scattering pieces on the floor. She then grabbed him by the shirt and a “minor scuffle ensued,” according to Dominic. While talking with Lucille, Officer Traughber noted there were puzzle pieces on the floor and Dominic’s shirt was ripped. Lucille was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.
Lucille Napolitan was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was released on a $500 bond.
