This caused her to fall onto a picture frame on their bed and cut open her right knee. Henna explained to officers that the assault continued and that Fantasia strangled her until she couldn’t breathe, but she did not lose consciousness. Officer Boyce noted that there was no history of domestic violence, as well as that Henna had several visible scratches to her face, neck, and legs.

Fantasia Joyner was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. Her bond was set at $1,000.
