53-year-old Terri Lynn Garrett was charged with domestic assault when she hit her boyfriend and gave him abrasions after a night of drinking, then told police she had no idea what he was talking about.
On September 28th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Ryan Lee responded to a simple assault call at 1220 Paradise Hill Road. He made contact with the unnamed victim that stated that he and his girlfriend, Terri Lynn Garrett, were in a verbal argument that turned physical after she came home from drinking.
He stated that Garrett became angry and hit him with a closed hand, leaving an abrasion on his head. She then grabbed him by the wrist hard enough to leave more marks. That is when ran to his friend’s house to call the police. When questioned, Garrett told police that she didn’t know what he was talking about.
Terri Lynn Garrett was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $1,000.
