31-year-old Luisa Carrillo was charged with public intoxication after stumbling around the Clarksville Marina and screaming at officers, per report.
On August 9th, Officer Ryan Lee was dispatched to 1190 Cumberland Drive, Clarksville Marina, for a public intoxication incident.
Luisa Carrillo was there, unstable on her feet, smelling of alcohol, and was screaming at officers. Ms. Carrillo was asked to find a ride home and leave but did not comply.
Luisa Carrillo was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Her bond was set at $439.
