20-year-old Negin Rabiei was charged with domestic assault after she came home, claimed to see her wife cheating on her with a man, and attacked both of them with an iron.
On October 29th, Clarksville Police Officer Gonzalez dispatched to the residence of Negin Rabiei and Jenna Vincent located at 814 Hidden Springs Drive in regard to domestic violence with simple assault. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to Negin who stated that she came home from work to find her wife, Jenna Vincent, cheating on her with a man, Tallon Jeffries. She said that when she saw both of their vehicles in the driveway, but no one inside, she went upstairs to find her wife and Tallon in the bed together. Jenna advised that she was at home with Tallon upstairs. She got out of the shower, went downstairs to get clothes, and went back upstairs.
Jenna stated that Negin arrived home, walked upstairs, observed Jenna and Tallon in the bedroom by themselves, and began accusing Jenna of cheating on her. Per the report, Negin struck Jenna in the face with her hand and then grabbed an iron and proceeded to hit Jenna in the arm and shin. She also threw the iron at Tallon which he blocked. Negin did admit to hitting Jenna in the face and hitting her with the iron. Negin did write a statement but Jenna and Tallon refused.
Negin Rabiei was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
