39-year-old Erica Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest when officers found her belligerently screaming and yelling in the street after a domestic argument.
On September 29th, Montgomery County Police Officer Jeffery Novenario responded to a potential domestic in progress at 739 Gracey Ave involving Erica Johnson and Charles Shelton. When officers questioned Johnson about the domestic disturbance, she continued to be belligerent. Due to Johnson’s continued behavior, officers attempted to place Johnson into custody for disorderly conduct. She then pulled away and actively resisted. Once officers were able to regain control of Johnson, she was placed into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Erica Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She was released on a $3,000 bond. On October 6th, she plead guilty to resisting arrested and her charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
