40-year-old Amanda Stockman was charged with two counts each of aggravated statutory rape, solicitation of sexual exploitation of a minor, and aggravated sexual battery, and one count of sexual or simulated sexual activity involving a minor.
Between March 1, 2014, and March 4, 2015, Amanda Stockman had sexual contact for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification with two different children approximately 12 years of age. Between August 1, 2019, and September 30, 2019, on two separate occasions Stockman unlawfully, intentionally, or knowingly exposed a minor to sexually explicit materials.
Within the same time frame by means of electronic communication, Stockman did command, hire, persuade, induce, or cause a minor to engage in sexual activity that was observed by her or another. In August 2019, Stockman had one of the 12-year-old children from an earlier incident, 17 at the time of this one, sexually penetrate her on two separate accounts.
Amanda Stockman was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated statutory rape, sexual or simulated sexual activity involving a minor, two counts of soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor under the age of 13, and two counts of aggravated sexual battery. Her total bond was set at $50,000.
