Deutschmann had actually provided his brother’s social and name, Joshua Deutschmann. He explained he did so because he is on probation. Once given consent to search the vehicle, Deputy Rivera found multiple uncapped needles containing brown clear liquid around the passenger compartment.

Jonathan Deutschmann was arrested and charged with criminal impersonation and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $6,000.
