26-year-old Mikayla Frank was charged with possession of cocaine, unlawful drug paraphernalia, DUI, and violation of open container law after she was stopped for a hit and run and was found with white residue she told police was “drugs.”

Per the report, she was unsteady on her feet, had slurred speech, glossy red eyes, an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person, and admitted to drinking to the point where she would not pass a breathalyzer. During a search of the vehicle, an open container of alcohol, two baggies with white residue, and a baggie of suspected cocaine was found. When she was asked what the white substance was she responded “drugs” but denied it was hers. She provided a breath sample and the final result was 0.149g/210L.

Mikayla Frank was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, unlawful drug paraphernalia, DUI, and violation of open container law. She was later released on an $8,500 bond.
