19-year-old Jayden Rudell was charged with domestic assault after she reportedly swung on her husband in an effort to keep him from going into their bedroom.
On November 17th, Clarksville Police Officer Jan Salcedo responded to a domestic violence call at the residence of Jayden Rudell and Jonnatan Rodriguez at 131 Jack Miller Boulevard Apartment B1. Jonnatan, the husband, described an argument with his wife Jayden.
He stated it escalated into Jayden “throwing punches and hitting him in the arm.” When questioned, Jayden admitted to hitting her husband when he tried to enter their bedroom. There were no signs of injury to Jayden or Jonnatan. Given the confession and statement provided by the husband, Jayden was taken into custody.
Jayden Rudell was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was later released on a $1,000 bond.
