While he was speaking to her, he noticed her nervously darting her eyes towards the center console several times. At this time he asked if she had any drugs in the vehicle then was asked to exit the vehicle. She had to be told to stop grabbing at a black coin purse from out of the center console.

Deputy Vallejos deployed K9 officer Rico to do a smell check which rendered a positive response for narcotics from the driver window. A security search was conducted where he found heroin, fentanyl, meth, and drug paraphernalia in a black coin purse. McMahon elected to answer the questions the deputy had after being read her Miranda Rights. When she was asked about the black coin purse she told the deputy that it was her boyfriend’s and she only took it because she suspected that there was something illegal inside.

Season McMahon was arrested and charged with speeding, possession of heroin, fentanyl, meth, and drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $15,000.
