32-year-old Precious Washington was charged with domestic assault when she struck her husband in the face during a heated argument.
On August 20th, Officer Daniel B Smith responded to a domestic in progress at 2051 Tynewood Drive. Officers made contact with Precious Washington and her husband, La Ron Denzel Washington, as they walked up to their street towards Ringgold Road.
Officer Smith determined that Mrs. Washington had struck Mr. Washington in the face during an argument. It is advised that Mr. and Mrs. Washington have had past domestic trouble. Although Mr. Washington had no visible signs of injury Mrs. Washington was determined to be the primary aggressor in the situation. Mr. Washington agreed to find another residence in order for his wife to care for their children in the home.
Precious Washington was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $2,500.
