Man with .46 grams of meth found sleeping in car in a cemetery

34-year-old Joshua Morrison was charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia after he was found with multiple knives and meth while sleeping inside his vehicle at a cemetery.

On November 5th, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Danielle Prichard arrived at Bob Yarbrough Cemetery in response to a suspicious person call. According to the affidavit, Prichard noticed Joshua Morrison sleeping inside his vehicle. She made contact and asked him out of his vehicle, to which he refused.

Morrison eventually did get out of his vehicle and had several knives in plain view inside. Prichard conducted a search and found a glass pipe in his front shirt pocket and a bag containing .46 grams of meth in the vehicle.

Joshua Morrison was arrested and charged with possession of meth and unlawful drug paraphernalia. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
