58-year-old James Horn was charged with public intoxication when officers were called to Taco Bell on Fort Campbell Boulevard because he was cussing and gesturing at other people.
On May 8th, Clarksville Police Office Gibbons was called to the Taco Bell at 1670 Fort Campbell Boulevard. According to the affidavit, James Horn was cursing and “making gestures” toward people.
The officer noted Horn to smell of intoxicant, speak slurred and lethargically, and determined him to be a safety risk.
James Horn was arrested and charged with public intoxication. His bond was set at $439.
