50-year-old Randy Gibson was charged with aggravated domestic assault after he made threats toward his wife with a knife at the Westgate Inn & Suites.
On October 23rd, Clarksville Police Officer Sara Weber dispatched to the Westgate Inn & Suites in regards to a domestic in progress call.
Contact was made with Heather Morton in room 207 who stated that her husband, Randy Gibson, had threatened her and pulled a knife on her. She told Weber that she was in fear by his threats and actions. Heather told the officer that he was staying in room 310 but when officers attempted to make contact with him he was not in the room or in the area.
On October 26th, Randy Gibson was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
