42-year-old Jameka Gaines was charged with domestic violence after his mother called police and reported that her son was threatening her, and putting her in fear of him assaulting her.
On October 7th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Bradley Holder arrived at the residence of 1313 Givens Lane in response to a domestic violence call.
Jameka Gaines’s mother claimed that he threatened to assault her, crumbled her food with his hand, and pushed his chest to hers. Two months prior to this incident, Gaines reportedly pushed his mother to the ground during an argument. Gaines told authorities that the argument was strictly verbal, and he never threatened his mother or touched her.
Jameka Gaines was arrested and charged with domestic violence. He was released on his own recognizance.
