Man jailed 3 months after he and two friends jumped a man in his own home

33-year-old Bobby Otten was charged with aggravated assault almost 3 months after a man told police he and two others jumped him in his home after he let them in to pick up some dogs.

On March 9th, a man filed a report with the Clarksville Police Department stating that Bobby Otten, Devin Kelley, and Johnnie Cable had attacked him in his home. According to the affidavit, the trio came to retrieve some dogs, and as soon as he let them in they jumped him.

Otten was the first to strike followed by Cable. He also said Kelley hit him in the eye with a glass ashtray. The man managed to escape to a neighbor’s to contact the police.

On June 27th, Bobby Otten arrested and was charged with aggravated assault. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
