38-year-old Jonathan Muhne was charged with domestic assault after drinking and attempting to fight his mother during an argument about his daughter.
On September 1st, Deputy Luckey arrived at 2375 Jarrell Ridge Road and found Jonathan Muhne in the back room of the house. Muhne told Luckey that he had been drinking and had gotten into an argument with his mother, Kathrine Muhne.
At some point during the argument, Muhne grabbed his mother and pushed her. His brother, Gerold Muhne, stepped in to protect her, and after the fight was broken up Muhne went into his bedroom to sleep it off. Both the mother and brother attested to being in fear that Muhne was going to harm them.
Jonathan Muhne was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $2,000.
