Man charged after woman says he pointed a shotgun at her in their front yard

34-year-old Gregory Whitlock was charged with aggravated domestic assault when a woman told authorities he greeted her with a shotgun upon her return home from work.

On March 20th, Officer Sutton was called to a domestic incident at 351 Grassland Drive. According to the affidavit, Stevanie Krondahl arrived at her home with friend Caitlyne Belvin to find Gregory Whitlock outside with a shotgun. Ms. Krondahl advised that the friend left the scene in a red vehicle, which the officer corroborated.

When contacted via telephone, Ms. Belvin told officers she had witnessed “a black male with an afro, standing in the front yard with a shotgun.” Whitlock and Krondahl agreed the dispute began because Whitlock wanted Krondahl to vacate the residence, but Whitlock denied the involvement of the firearm. Gregory Whitlock did not consent to the search of the home and the firearm was not recovered.

Gregory Whitlock was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. His bond was set at $10,000.
