Clarksville teen charged with assault after he and underage accomplice threaten couple with BB guns

19-year-old Taydarian Black was charged with two counts of aggravated assault when he, and a minor who was driving a white truck, were reported for pointing guns at a vehicle they were passing on Riverside Drive.

On March 21st, Officer Cox was dispatched to 1190 Cumberland Drive. There, he met two victims who stated they were departing Wendy’s on Riverside Drive when a white Ford truck passed them in the center lane and the female victim observed the passenger point a gun at their vehicle. When the Ford turned off and the victims passed the female attested she also saw the driver pointing a gun.

Authorities located the truck and found a minor driving and Taydarian Black in the passenger seat. Officers also observed a handgun on the passenger side floor. Both occupants of the truck were identified by the victims and a search of the vehicle yielded two black BB-guns.

Taydarian Black was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault. His bond was set at $20,000.
