35-year-old Ryan Barba was charged with two counts of assault after making a throat-slitting gesture to his neighbor, causing her to feel fear for herself and her family.
On October 27th, Kelly Guenther filed a report with local authorities about her neighbor, Ryan Barba. She stated that Barba got her attention, then “ran his thumb across his throat in a slicing motion and pointed at her.” They were in close proximity to each other when this happened, Guenther to fear for the safety of her family and herself. A warrant was issued for Ryan Barba, which was later served by Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Joshua Gardner.
On October 30th, Ryan Barba was arrested and charged with two counts of assault. He was later released on a $500 bond.
