42-year-old Courtney Davis was charged with public intoxication after he showed up drunk at Wendy’s, annoyed his ex-girlfriend, and disturbed other customers.
On October 25th, Clarksville Police Officer Freeman responded to a call at Wendy’s located at 662 North Riverside Drive. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with Courtney Davis, who smelled strongly of alcohol.
The manager reported to police that Davis harassed other patrons and was arguing with his ex-girlfriend, who is employed at the location. According to the affidavit, he was determined to be a public annoyance and was detained.
Courtney Davis was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released on a $439 bond.
