31-year-old Daniel Franklin Dillon was charged with domestic assault after reportedly striking his girlfriend in the face multiple times during an argument, and he denied the allegations.
On November 20th, Montgomery County Deputy Oganeku responded to a call located at 2811 Woodlawn Road for domestic in progress. Upon arrival at the scene, Deputy Oganeku made contact with Alesha Fahnestock. Fahnestock stated that she and her boyfriend, later identified as Daniel Dillion, got into a verbal argument that started to turn physical. According to what she told the Deputy, Dillion struck her in the face several times with both an open and closed fist. Deputy Oganeku later made contact with Dillion who stated that “nothing physical happened.” The Deputy noticed Fahnestock had some redness in her face and determined that Dillion was the primary aggressor in the altercation.
Daniel Franklin Dillion was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on a $1,500 bond.
