41-year-old Lawrence Oliver was charged with domestic assault after the woman he was in an argument with told police that he bruised and body-slammed her.
On September 18th, Montgomery County Sherriff’s Deputy Shelby Largent was dispatched to Gardenia Lane in response to a domestic assault. Lawrence Oliver gave his statement first, saying that he and Rachel Richter were in an argument when she pushed, kicked, and punched him, though his body showed no signs of physical injury.
Richter told outhorities she never hit Oliver, only pushed him after he pushed her. She noted that she was pushed into a dresser which caused a bruise on her arm. Richter claims that Oliver also picker her up and body slammed her.
Lawrence Oliver was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $5,000.
