Man accuses girlfriend of cheating, throws food tray that destroys a table and her computer monitor

35-year-old Jorge Hernandez was charged with vandalism when he engaged in a verbal altercation with his girlfriend that led to him throwing a food tray which broke a table and her computer monitor.

On September 21st, Jorge Hernandez spoke to Clarksville Police Officer Chance Suiter who arrived at his residence located at 241 Timber Court Drive. Hernandez explained that he and his girlfriend, Randecia Wimberly, started arguing when he accused her of cheating.

The fight escalated when he became upset and threw a food tray onto the living room table, which broke causing her computer monitor worth approximately $90 to break as well. Both Hernandez and Wimberly stated that there was no physical contact during the incident.

Jorge Hernandez was arrested and charged with vandalism. His bond was set at $500.
