33-year-old John White was charged with two counts of domestic assault after reportedly tackling his roommate’s boyfriend over a noise complaint.
On November 29th, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Moore responded to a domestic violence call at 1027 Ross Lane. Contact was made contact with Serena Blackburn who stated that her boyfriend, John Spears, went into the living room where her roommate, John White, was making a lot of noise.
John then tackled him and the two got into a physical altercation. She tried breaking the two up, but she was pushed away by John, injuring her wrist in the process.
John White was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
