Man annoys residents by beating on vehicle windows in Lincoln Homes

35-year-old Branden Hudson was charged with public intoxication after police responded to an anonymous call about a man beating on a van’s windows in Lincoln Homes.

On September 5th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Alquzweeni was dispatched to an anonymous call in reference to a male subject beating on vehicle windows in front of 29 Lincoln Street Apt A. Upon arrival, contact was made with Branden Hudson who admitted to beating on a parked van’s windows near said address.

Hudson stated that he was trying to wake up a man who was asleep in the van. While speaking to Hudson, the officer was able to smell the odor of alcohol coming from his person. Hudson advised that he just moved into town but he did not know the address. He also passed out and fell down on the ground. EMS was called, but he regained his consciousness after a few seconds and no further treatment was needed.

Branden Hudson was arrested and charged with public intoxication. His bond was set at $439.
