35-year-old Kimberly Navas was charged with domestic assault after roughhousing and pulling her daughter’s hair while under the influence.
On August 29th, Clarksville Police Officer Gibbons was dispatched to a welfare check at 300 Randell Drive. Contact was made with a juvenile female, who explained she was attacked by her mother, Kimberly Navas, who was very intoxicated.
The girl told the officer that she was trying to leave when Navas started to horseplay with her causing her to break her fingernail. The altercation then escalated, and Navas began cursing at and shoving her daughter. The juvenile tried to push her back which lead Navas to pull her daughter’s hair. She managed to leave the home and call the authorities.
Kimberly Navas was arrested and charged with domestic violence. Her bond was set at $1,000.
