22-year-old Damon Suiter was charged with possession of marijuana, LSD, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm as well as criminal impersonation after he gave officers a false name during their search of the room he was staying in.
On September 14th, Clarksville Police Detective Darren Koski executed a search with permission from the homeowner of 105 Northway Drive, Apartment C. He said that he was letting Damon Suiter stay in his living room.
Inside the living room, police found a backpack containing twenty-eight tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) edibles weighing approximately 14.2 grams and a sheet of 29 stamps of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD). On the coffee table was a loaded Taurus PT1911 .45 caliber handgun as well as a digital scale. When police spoke to Suiter, he gave them the name Tyler Albright but Suiter had two arrest warrants on file.
Damon Suiter was arrested and charged with possession of Schedule I drugs, Schedule VI drugs, drug paraphernalia, a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, and criminal impersonation. He had an active warrant out for domestic assault as well as out-of-county warrants. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $183,500 bond.
