Homeless man moons police, admits he has a syringe between his butt cheeks

23-year-old Christian Skeen was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia when he entered an Exxon with his pants down, refused to leave when asked, and admitted to police he had a syringe between his butt cheeks.

On August 28th, employees of the Exxon located at 115 Highway 76 called police when Christian Skeen walked in with his pants around his ankles and refused to leave. Officer Lanham arrived and found Skeen standing next to a vehicle registered to him with Sharon Hawkins sitting in the driver’s seat.

When Skeen saw police, he lifted his shirt as to “moon” the officer. He was placed into custody for criminal trespass. He then told police that he had taken heroin earlier and there was an empty syringe between his butt cheeks. A probable cause search of the vehicle rendered a pair of brass knuckles, a can with heroin residue, a cut can, a cut straw, a small bag of heroin, a syringe, and a rubber band. The can with residue and the brass knuckles were in plain view of the front seat but the paraphernalia was found in a backpack.

Christian Skeen was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, unlawful drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass, and possession of prohibited weapons. His total bond was set at $4,000.
