43-year-old Eric Olijnyk was charged with public intoxication when officers finally picked him up at Racetrac after being called about him trespassing four times in one day.
On May 17th around 7:00 p.m., Clarksville Police were called to Racetrac at 1810 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. According to the affidavit, Eric Olijnyk exhibited typical signs of impairment. Because they had been called about him four times that day and had trespassed at two other properties, he was detained for being a nuisance.
Eric Olijnyk was arrested and charged with public intoxication. His bond was set at $439.
