The male victim stated that he showed up to residence unannounced. Then he tried to stop Biehl from leaving when Biehl dropped the tools he had in his hand and began strangling the male victim. The female victim called 911 then tried to stop the physical altercation. Police determined that Biehl was the primary aggressor after observing red marks on the male victim’s neck.
