25-year-old Megan Fox was charged with driving under the influence, failure to exercise due care, and leaving the scene of an accident after hitting a vehicle and then crashing in a ditch further down the road.
On October 16th, Clarksville Police Department Officer Jeremy Chisenhall responded to a crash at 731 Needmore Road, where he found a white Ford Focus in the ditch. The driver of the vehicle, Megan Fox, had no idea where she was going to or coming from.
She could barely stand on her feet and her speech was slurred. She was too drunk to complete a field sobriety test. The front of her Focus was damaged and the passenger mirror was found at the intersection of Needmore and Trenton Road, where there had been a hit and run earlier that night.
Megan Fox was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, failure to exercise due care, and leaving the scene of an accident. She is currently jailed in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
