Clarksville woman caught with heroin and her fifth suspended license charge

46-year-old Angela Green was charged with possession of heroin, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and her fifth driving on a suspended license charge after she was observed driving by a deputy that “knew about her” from prior incidents, per report.

On August 18th, Deputy Burkhart saw a black Acura sedan drive the intersection of Old Dover Road and Old Dover Court. Burkhart recognized the vehicle belonged to Angela Green from prior interactions. He observed the vehicle pull into a nearby driveway and saw Green exit the vehicle.

Burkhart approached and talked to Green, and she stated that she was just driving down the road. As Burkhart was talking to her, he noticed a piece of aluminum foil in the backseat. The substance inside the foil field-tested positive for fentanyl. This gave probable cause, and a search of the vehicle was conducted. Inside, Burkhart found a glass pipe and powder that field-tested positive for heroin.

Angela Green was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and her fifth driving on a suspended license charge. Her bond was set at $9,000.
