19-year-old Kyana Bess was charged with domestic assault when she and ex-boyfriend turned roommate got into an argument about him moving out. He said he pushed her and she scratched his face.
On May 13th, Clarksville Police Officer Nicholas Rodriguez was called to a domestic situation at 3459 Kingfisher Drive. According to the affidavit, Kyana Bess and ex-boyfriend turned roommate were arguing about him moving out of the home they share.
She also claimed that while she had attempted to swat something out of his hand she never connected physically. The ex corroborated the story but added that he had pushed her away to dodge a hit but still got scratched in the face. The couple has a history of domestic incidence.
Kyana Bess was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $250.
