32-year-old Terrez Morris was charged with resisting arrest after he was found hiding hair clippers he tried to steal at Walmart and when police tried to detain him, he continuously pulled away and had to be taken to the ground.
On May 15th, Officer Christian Canales of the Clarksville Police Department responded to a shoplifting call at the Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard. Officer Canales saw Terrez Morris trying to hide hair clippers.
The officer called him out as he was trying to exit the store with the clippers. At that point, Morris ran back into the store and tried to put the clippers in the store’s trash. Canales tried to arrest Morris, but Morris pulled his hands away from the officer.
Terrez Morris was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. He is currently still in the Montgomery County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
