38-year-old Autumn Nichols was charged with domestic assault after scratching a man during an argument about her acts of infidelity, per report.
On July 15th, Officer Thomas Martens made the scene at 1241 Peachers Mill Road in reference to a suspected domestic violence incident. The officer was flagged down at Heritage Park by a woman advising that two people were fighting at the entrance. Officer Martens made contact with the male involved in the occurrence as he was walking to the other side of the street.
The man advised that he had been in an argument with Autumn Nichols about her infidelity when she began clawing him. Officer Martens noted that there were scratches on the man’s shoulder and forearm from the struggle. Nichols denied that she had scratched him and insisted that they had only gotten into an argument.
Autumn Nichols was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $500.
