25-year-old Phillip Flathouse was charged with public intoxication after officers found him wet and shirtless by a pond near Mike’s Bar & Grill on his birthday.
On March 19th, Officer Sutton responded to a call reporting individuals behind the Jenkins and Wynne dealership located at 2655 Trenton Road. According to the affidavit, the officer spoke with Phillip Flathouse‘s spouse Bryana Gonzales and Juan Ortega who told him Flathouse had bolted from Mike’s Bar & Grill and they were trying to locate him.
Flathouse was soon located wet and shirtless by a nearby pond. Officers observed him to be impaired and determined he was a danger to himself and others.
Phillip Flathouse was arrested and charged with public intoxication. His bond was set at $439.
