53-year-old Wylie Hyatt was charged with simple possession after he was reported for threatening to shoot people at Quality Inn because of cold food and was caught with a canister containing tetrahydrocannabinol.
31-year-old Daniel Garcia was charged with false report, DUI first offense, and leaving the scene with damage when he wrecked his vehicle after drinking at Mr. Billy’s Bar and then walked home to call the police and filed a fake report that it had been stolen.
26-year-old Kiersten Napodano was charged with leaving her seven-year-old at home with no cell phone, no plan for food, and no supervision for five to six hours while she was at work.
33-year-old Sarah Coleen Miller was charged with possession and paraphernalia after an investigation showed she had a violation of probation on file. Miller is awaiting trial for an alleged failed human sacrifice in December of 2017.
