26-year-old Ryan Corrlew James was charged with public intoxication when authorities where called to a Walmart where he dancing with no shirt on, running through traffic and being a nuisance.
On April 23rd, Officer Greenman was dispatched to the Walmart located at 216 Dover Road. At the scene the officer observed Ryan James in a grassy spot and dancing topless. The officer asked him to take a seat and James told him he was trying to get to Montgomery Bell.
According to the affidavit, James admitted to heroin use and denied he had consumed any that day, but Officer Greenman did find a syringe in his pocket. Ryan James was determined to be under the influence of an unknown substance. The officer noted he was running through traffic and being a general nuisance.
Ryan Corrlew James was arrested and charged with public intoxication. His bond was set at $439.
