Man indicted on rape & kidnapping charges after taking an incapacitated victim to his bedroom against her will
Investigative documents show the incapacitated victim called out for her husband while 50-year-old Jesse Antonio Ruiz took her to his bedroom in February 2018. He was indicted on felony rape and kidnapping charges and remains in the Montgomery County Jail, since his June 12th arrest, in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
Shawn Newhouse indicted on 4 counts of child rape – $50,000 bond
The Montgomery County Grand Jury unsealed an indictment charging 22-year-old Shawn Anthony Newhouse with four counts of rape of a child under the age of 13. Newhouse was arrested on June 8th and is currently held in the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
