25-year-old Jose Alfredo Eutimio Jaimes was charged with two counts of rape and two counts of sexual battery after a victim reported the vaginal and anal assault.
On October 12th, Clarksville Police Department Officers responded to a call at 712 R S Bradley Boulevard, where they made contact with an unnamed victim. The victim stated she was raped by Jose Alfredo Eutimio Jaimes.
The victim told police while she was sleeping between the hours of 1:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m. is when Jose touched her butt and vagina. Eutimio-Jaimes proceeded to insert his penis inside of her vagina and anus. Eutimio-Jaimes stated he knew the victim was asleep and did not consent.
Jose Jaimes was charged with two counts of rape and two counts of sexual battery. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $150,000 bond.
