The Montgomery County Grand Jury unsealed an indictment charging 22-year-old Shawn Anthony Newhouse with four counts of rape of a child under the age of 13. Newhouse was arrested on June 8th and is currently held in the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
According to the indictment, copied below, between August 1, 2015, and December 31, 2016, Newhouse is alleged to have sexually penetrated a child born in 2004, and under the age of thirteen at all times, on at least four charged occasions. His arraignment is scheduled for July 1st.
