32-year-old Glenn Bailey was charged with three counts of rape of a child when he was reported for sexual assault on a 7-year-old child and later admitted to performing cunnilingus on the child over 30 times.

Christy Monson was charged with 2 counts of duty to report – abuse/ neglect/ etc., coercion of a witness, and tampering with or fabricating evidence.
