Investigative documents show the incapacitated victim called out for her husband while 50-year-old Jesse Antonio Ruiz took her to his bedroom in February 2018. He was indicted on felony rape and kidnapping charges and remains in the Montgomery County Jail, since his June 12th arrest, in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
