27-year-old Elizabeth Todd was charged with domestic assault after she admitted to pushing and slapping her husband in the face during a verbal argument.
On October 28th, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Oganeku dispatched to the residence of Elizabeth and David Todd located at 1139 Freedom Drive in regards to a domestic in progress.
The deputy spoke with David who stated that he and his wife, Elizabeth, were in a verbal argument when she slapped him in the face with an open palm and pushed him. Elizabeth admitted to slapping and pushing her husband. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody. There was no history of domestic violence in the household.
Elizabeth Todd was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was released on a $250 bond.
