19-year-old Kody Rust was charged with domestic assault when the mother of his child told authorities he had threatened to shoot her.
On June 7th, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Officer Wendi Potter was called to 125 Belmont Road in regard to a domestic incident. When she arrived Raven Day told her that Kody Rust had threatened to shoot her and she was in fear for her life.
Kody Rust was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He is jailed in lieu of a $1,000 bond.
