23-year-old Terry White was charged with aggravated robbery after holding his ex-girlfriend at gunpoint and stealing her Taco Bell paycheck as repayment for items he claims she sold.
On August 26th, Officer Gadberry was dispatched to a reported robbery located at 519 Ninth Street. After arriving on the scene, Officer Gadberry spoke to Rose Zaneka who explained that she was visiting her friend’s house when her ex-boyfriend, Terry White, showed up. Rose advised police that he was upset with her, and claimed that she had stolen some of his property and sold it.
She stated that she hadn’t taken any of his property, but he refused to believe her. Terry pulled out a black handgun with an extended magazine and demanded repayment for his missing belongings. While being held at gunpoint, Rose insisted that she did not have any money aside from her paycheck from Taco Bell. Terry took the check from her and dropped the weapon as he fled the scene.
Terry White was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery. His bond was set at $50,000.
