33-year-old Warren Fahnert was charged with domestic assault after police say he kicked his girlfriend in the neck during an argument.
On November 28th, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy J. Moore responded to a domestic call at 1475 Dover Road. Contact was made with Evelyn Dollar, who reported being involved in an argument with her boyfriend, Warren Fahnert.
According to the report, she stated the argument had taken place at their residence at 3389 Dailey Road. She stated that during the argument, Warren kicked her in the neck twice. Evelyn did appear to have minor injuries from the assault.
Warren Fahnert was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He has since been released on a $2,500 bond.
